Using Scientific molding concepts, Delta Pacific Products Inc. has several niche areas, specializing in over molding and processing of exotic engineering grades of thermo-plastics (Polyetherimide, Peek, LCP, Polysulfone, Pebax etc.); close tolerance injection molding is a specialty. Our molding department equipment consists of 25 state-of the-art injection molding presses that range from 22 ton to 240 ton. They are capable of producing high volume parts ranging in a wide variety of sizes. The barrel capacities ranges from 1oz to 32oz with three machines capable of vertical insert molding. Shot capacities ranges from 1oz to 5.5oz on the vertical machines.
